Golden Incentives
Golden Incentives are motivating rewards that uphold the Golden Rules and the Five Skills and are truly shared by the whole school community. We all work towards a sense of personal motivation and achievement in every child for keeping the Golden Rules, but to start with many children benefit from external incentives. Implementing a successful Golden Time can help with promoting positive behaviour and is an effective way of managing challenging behaviour. Every child needs to be noticed and appreciated and we believe community responsibilities and celebrations are the best rewards ever. This Golden Incentives range includes several approaches for recognising and celebrating positive behaviour that your children will love. From “Star of the Week” hats to congratulatory notelets and stickers, show your children that you have noticed what they are doing well and reinforce those positive behaviours first!
