Neuroscience is research coming out all the time on the importance of helping children to learn meditation in a very simple way. We stock four lovely simple CDs of nature sounds and some of you will, very creatively, be able to improvise gentle visualisations to illuminate the CDs. But some of you need a bit more confidence or are just too busy to start writing your own – so I have written one myself for each of the CDs. You merely have to read it out in a calm voice and then the script will instruct you when to turn up and down the volume of the CD.
