Hi Jenny, I just need to say what a great couple of days I've had with you on our last Train The Trainers sessions. Therepeutic, revitalisng and just lovely to be part of something that reinforces all that should be seen as the back bone of teaching. I will try hard to ensure I start with a TATT although I feel like shouting at everyone like a 'bull in a china shop' as everything is so obvious from where I'm standing as how education should 'be'! How frustrating it must be for you to see the hurdles and road blocks against our children's happiness as you travel around different schools.
I have to say on behalf of us, the Quality Circle Time Group from Coventry, that we have noticed and appreciated what a very special person you are too! You have the ability to reassure, inspire, motivate and allow the 'normal'ness' of just being human in your sessions. I think we have all claimed a little bit back of ourselves over these two days and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the 'sparkle' you are in education!!
I hope you got home safe and sound and get to recharge before your next training encounter. Look after yourself... perhaps you can find a golden moment to book that trip to the seaside soon?
