I have been into several schools this week who have all said how much they got out of the day and what a wonderful trainer and speaker you are Jenny (like a stand-up comedian – we were all agog, one said!) and I have to say that I learnt so much in the half-hour I caught in the morning, and the afternoon session – practical, down-to-earth and absolute gold-dust.
