“Golden Rules for the classroom” - a Positive Press Series
Thu, Apr 1st 2004
Teaching the value of honesty in the classroom is part of a value system that many teachers wish to introduce to their classes.
Helping children to understand the consequences of their actions on others is an important first step to this end, and is one of the skills taught during circle time and as part of positive behaviour management systems. In Spring 2004, Positive Press launched a new series of children’s books called the “Golden Rules” series. Each of the six titles in the series focuses on a specific issue, from listening to honesty. The May edition of Child Education gave away free copies of “We are honest…we don’t cover up the truth”.
These, and the other titles, are available from Positive Press Limited, by phoning 01225 719204.
