Family Liaison Officer Support Services Annual Conference, Ashford, 18th May 2006

Penny Vine will be giving a keynote speech and two workshops to the conference entitled ‘Helping Hands’. One workshop is on empathy and the other on one-to-one working. Helen Peter will give two workshops - one on the five wells, and one on looking after yourself. Anne Poole will be giving two creative arts workshops ‘Splish, Splash, Splosh’!

Bury Deputy Head Teachers’ conference on 23rd May 2006

This conference, run by the Children’s Service takes place in Kemble. Helen Peter will be helping delegates with a workshop designed to raise self-esteem and boost staff morale.

Midday Supervisor's Playtime Conference, Nottingham Sat 24th June 2006
Helen Peter will be training Midday Supervisors at their very own conference at the Notts Forest Football Ground on 25th June, with an emphasis on Positive Playtimes and Learning through Action.

Unteachable? Unthinkable! NAES National Conference 29th June to 1st July 2006

The NAES (National Association of EBD Schools) is holding a 3-day conference at the Bristol Marriott Hotel in Bristol City Centre.

JMC Consultant, Helen Peter, will be delivering a keynote speech on the 30th June 2006. The conference is of interest to leaders in BESD Schools, PRUs, SENCOs, Mainstream Schools, Behaviour Support Teams, Psychologists and CAMHs practitioners. There will be speakers, workshops networking, resource exhibition, social & leisure programme.

RSPCA National Education Conference 4th and 5th July 2006

Sarah Bentley will be delivering a Quality Circle Time workshop at this National event, to be held at Leicester University.

The audience will be RSPCA employees based in England and Wales and their Education Officers.

Other workshops include using interactive whiteboards and the implications of the animal welfare bill.

Sarah Bentley is invited back to Chile for the third year running - May 2007

For the third year running Sarah Bentley has been invited back to Chile to continue with her training there. In May 2007 she will be holding training days in the Bradford School in Vitacura and also The Grange Preparatory School in Santiago. She will also be running two training days in Vina for a number of delegates from several international schools.
