On 1st and 2nd February 2008 JMC consultant Sarah Bentley is delivering six workshops over the two days on QCT and SEAL for the COBISEC conference which will be hosted by St Julianâ's school in Carcavelos, Portugal.
On 13th and 14th March 2008 JMC Consultant Sarah Bentley is delivering two workshops per day on Keeping the Energy Going. It is for the Pre-school Learning Alliance conference entitled "Changing Attitudes 2008 - Real Lives, Real People". This will be held at the Kent Hill Training and Conference Centre in Milton Keynes.
The Professional Association of Teachers (an independent trade union) is holding their annual conference at the Paramount Hotel in Daventry from the 28th to 30th July 2008. JMC ConsultantSarah Bentley is doing a workshop on circle time on the 29th July.
On 29 July 2008, Sarah Bentley, Senior Associate Partner to Jenny Mosley of the Quality Circle Time model, represented the Consultancy at the annual conference of the teaching union ‘Voice’ in Daventry., where schools minister Lord Adonis was a keynote speaker.
Sarah delivered acclaimed one hour workshop on Quality Circle Time to a very varied group of conference delegates when she highlighted the importance of staff morale as well as the benefits of Circle Time and SEAL. We look forward to building on this work – as our Five Wells model for emotional health of adults is a tried and tested approach and has brought balance and energy back to many teachers!
