Let's dance!

I think everyone needs to throw themselves around a dance floor to pounding music every once in a while. It blasts away all feelings of ‘oldness’. I love Bellowhead (http://www.bellowhead.co.uk/) they’ve got so much energy and passion. They take all the old traditional songs and shanties and lovingly give them such a brilliant new ‘feel’. I feel like this about all ‘our’ street and playground traditional games and skipping dance – it’s great to find them again and to see how much the kids still love them. They unite everyone because every culture has them. Its great if you get all the mums, dads and children together from different countries all playing and laughing together through these games.
Anyway I hope you too occasionally go dancing, playing, singing or skipping at the weekends. We are all children at heart and need a good laugh.
