Can you help me with setting up a buddy system?
Q: I have been asked to set a buddy system in my primary school with children from years 5 / 6 and reception aged children. Have you any advice or book recommendations?

I would recommend Jenny Mosley & Georgia Thorp's book "All Year Round" (LDA) It contains all you'd need to know about setting up a Buddy scheme, including Q & A, a case study & ideas for training sessions. Your local advisors or Beacon schools may have some advice or training too. Good luck!
