About Our Training

Jenny Mosley's Quality Circle Time model has now been established for over 25 years and during that time we have worked with virtually all of the Local Authorities in England, and most of those in Scotland and Wales and the demand internationally grows daily.
Our paramount wish is to deliver high quality training and make resources available to all those concerned in education and the associated agencies.
The approach created by Jenny Mosley aims to enhance the self-esteem, creativity and confidence of both adults and children in an emotionally safe environment. It will increase communication skills, including speaking and listening, in an atmosphere of moral responsibility whilst maintaining a sense of fun wherever possible.
Besides Jenny Mosley herself, the consultancy has a team of highly experienced consultants who are skilled in working with early years, primary and secondary staff and pupils. Background information and testimonials are available on request.
We have delivered training not only to thousands of schools but also give keynote addresses and workshops at regional and national conferences, covering a variety of themes and topics - most recently at the RSPCA's national conference for those who work in schools!
The breadth and depth of Quality Circle Time enables it to be adapted to countless environments. To assess which training options might be most suitable for you, please click on one of the options on the right of this page.
The Consultancy's expertise lies in Early Year, Primary and Secondary settings.
Within Early Years, the consultancy has specially-trained and experienced practioners who can help you to get the best out of your particular setting. The consultancy is working with Early Years organisations and Children's Centres increasingly and is keen to bring the Quality Circle Time model in at the start of the children's journey through the educational systems.
Within Key Stages one and two the model is also most applicable so that you can lay down the foundations stones of social and emotional learning, with a code of conduct and a set of consequences for keeping or breaking that code. Lunchtimes and playtimes are two of the most important times of a child's day and within the primary schools there is much that you can do to enhance the quality of this time and help the children be happy and prepared for their afternoon in school.
While the Quality Circle Time model is very well-rooted in the Early Years and Primary settings, increasingly the benefits of its implementation are seen in secondary schools where it is just as important to maintain the core values within an organisation and to encourage well-managed, productive and enjoyable learning environments.
