A Closure Day - Achieving Excellence Through Valuing Individuals; Sharing the Vision
The aims of the day are to:
- raise the self-esteem and morale of adults and children
- re-evaluate your current listening systems including Circle Time, Golden Rules, incentives & sanctions, lunchtime and ‘children beyond’ policies
- draw all the adults together towards a shared vision of a happy and respectful team.
