Drugs Education; building self-esteem and resilience of children
All schools are expected to teach drug education to all key stages. The social inclusion agenda refers to drug education as being key to supporting children at risk in both school and society.
This day aims to:
- show you how this subject can be explored empathetically
- help participants to identify those most vulnerable
- create a proactive vision and produce strategies for dealing with drugs and ways to avoid misuse
