Wellbeing Training Testimonials 2019

“It has been an absolute privilege to host Jenny Mosley here at Mereside C of E  Primary Academy. Jenny has single handed done more for the mental well-being of the children (and teachers!) of this country in the past 20 years than any other organisation. Her viewpoint that behaviour is a form of communication and that we need to learn how to listen and respond with love, understanding and fun is absolutely spot on. A hugely inspirational and incredibly important day for the pupils of our school, reaffirming what an honour it is to work with young children. One day we will only be a memory… so let’s leave a good one, Jenny you have certainly done that.” Jason Gathercole, Deputy Headteacher, Mereside C of E Primary School

A brilliant session delivered by a truly inspiring person. We all left Jenny’s session re-energised and motiviated with so many great ideas. We all need training like this to remind ourselves how to help develop the skills and attributes children will need throughout their life and to help build their self esteem right now. So many practical ideas that we can take straight back and use in the classroom.  We hope to see you again Jenny, thank you so much.” PSHE Hub Lead and Teacher, East Sussex 2019

For decades PSHE has been an essential part of education at Norwood Green Junior School.  We were pleased in 2018 to be chosen by the Equality and Human Rights Commission to help create advice on tackling prejudice-based bullying in schools.  Circle time has been used to support children’s understanding of healthy relationships and grow their emotional vocabulary. Head teacher Kate Norfolk says that it is possible to spot a class who have experienced consistent quality circle time because of the cohesive nature of the class and the way they treat each other with respect.” Jon Makepeace, Deputy Head, Norwood Green Junior School 2019

Early Years Testimonial 2019

“We spend a lot of time in our setting encouraging the staff to look at and support children’s well-being and of course this is a priority but for us our staff are also a priority.  With ever increasing challenges in education we realise that times are hard for staff and I questioned how can you support children and their well being when your own well-being is low. We wanted to show staff we care and give them the tools to recognise and look after their own well-being which is where Jenny came in.  She provided a wonderful day of training, it was fun and engaging but most importantly it gave staff time away from the school to think about how to look after themselves.  As well as making us laugh (which was therapy in itself) Jenny taught us how to be reflective on what happens during the day, what feelings we encounter and how to deal with them effectively.  Staff left feeling ready to take on the challenges of education and I left confident that my staff were happier and more in control of their own well being. It truly was a great day so thank you Jenny it was a pleasure working with you.” Emma Rose Pobjoy, Headteacher, Pastures Way Nursery School, Luton 2019

Thank you so, so much for Friday.  Timely and exactly what we needed at this time to continue to improve and learn. Another incredibly successful day for us as and the  staff are raring to go. THANK YOU.”  Mercy Atkins, Headteacher, Riverview Primary and Nursery School, Epson. 2018

International Testimonial 2018

Jenny was a much needed breath of fresh air and delivered our training with passion and boundless energy. Her ability to gauge very quickly our school’s needs and adapt her sessions is an indication of her enormous experience in the field. She was honest throughout and was able to deliver some tough messages through kindness, attentiveness and empathy. We are so thrilled to now start implementing the great work Jenny did with us and are excited to continue this relationship with her!” Matthew Connell, Primary Principal, Kuwait Bilingual School

Lunchtimes Training Testimonial 2018

Jenny was, as ever, a most inspiring speaker who led the morning with a lively pace and made sure that everyone had fun as well as getting across very important messages about building positive relationships with our children at all times of the day. We were delighted to host the morning’s training and are happy to host future training events for her if you need a venue in our area.” Margaret Phillips, Deputy Headteacher, Oldbury Park Primary School, Worcester

INSET Day Testimonial

“Never in my entire career have so many staff responded so positively to INSET, today it feels like the whole school has been lifted about 10 notches on the energy and positivity scale. Thank you so much for such a fun and thought provoking day the impact on our children has been instant, never before has so much fun been had in one school in one morning.”  Alison Colbran Brunswick Primary School

Having Jenny lead our first INSET day after the Christmas holidays was exactly what we needed to revitalise ourselves and remember why we signed up for this job in the first place! As with any course, you want to leave armed with practical ideas and strategies that you can implement in your classrooms straight away. Talking about circle time and how it would work is useful, but seeing it happen with an experienced practitioner is invaluable. Ours was a ‘family circle’ with children from years 3-6 as well as some children of members of staff and other parents. I would highly recommend trying to organise something similar if you really want to see circle time in action. Thank you, Jenny!” Sabrina Edwards, Headteacher, Bourne Primary School, Middlesex  2018

Teaching Assistant Testimonial 2018

Been on a 2 day course with Jenny Mosley at the school I currently have a placement at as I am training to be a teaching assistant. Absolutely fantastic training! I want to bottle Jenny up and bring her home! Her ideas are brilliant. I am very lucky to work in a school where many of her ideas are already implemented! I’d 100% recommend the training/course if it is being offered at your school, and I highly recommend schools invest in Jenny Mosley and Circle Time! A fantastic lady with so much enthusiasm and zest for life! She is genuinely an inspiration for all of us working with children! Just fantastic, there isn’t much more I can say about her really!!!! If you are booked to go on a course with Jenny and hate the idea of being sat in a hall bored all day, that isn’t what you’re going to get here- she’ll have you up, she’ll have you involved, you’ll be playing games and having lots of laughs! Thank you for the last 2 days, I have come away with so much information and so many ideas!!!

Just completed a two day course with Jenny and it was the best course I’ve ever attended! Absolutely AMAZING!!!”
