Early Years Golden Rules Box Set SUMMER GIVEAWAY!!

After posting our Early Years Golden Rules Box Set blog (for the home, nurseries, Early Years settings) the other day, we decided the box sets would be perfect for our Summer Giveaway. All we are asking is that people like and share our Facebook post for a chance to be one of our three winners!

Terms and Conditions

Three people from all those who like and share our promotional Facebook post will be picked at random to win a box set. This giveaway will run until Tuesday 4th September, after which time our winners will be selected at random and the books will be posted out after this date. We will need to contact you for an address. We will announce the winners on the Facebook post, and on this blog here.

There is no cash alternative and we cannot swap this resource for another. Postage will be free within the UK but we will need to make a nominal small charge if winners would like the prize to be posted overseas.

Thank you for entering and good luck!

Website Manager’s Notes

For more information about the Early Years Golden Rules Box Set, please see the Blog.

The Golden Rules are a set of agreements that guide our behaviour towards others. They teach children moral values and, importantly, for children to believe in them and make them their own they need all the adults around them to keep to them too!  Each Golden Rule teaches children respect…

  • We Are Gentle – (ie respect for physical safety)
  • We Are Kind – (ie respect for people’s feelings)
  • We Try Hard – (ie respect for ourselves – when they get slightly older we write ‘We Work Hard’)
  • We Are Honest – (ie respect for the truth)
  • We Look After Things (ie respect for the environment)
  • We Listen (ie respect for other people’s views)

So that the youngest children can access these rules, to start at the beginning, we have what we call, ‘The Golden Rules Box SetToddler Box Set’. It is a fantastically bright and inspiring little board book set that spells out the Golden Rules so that even the very youngest speakers can access them. There is a set of finger puppets that help to bring the stories alive and bring lots of fun into learning about the rules.
